• Server submissions: Server name, GitHub URL, description, transport type, vendor name, and contact email.
• Community reviews: Display name, optional email, optional GitHub username, review content, and ratings.
• Server logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process personal data based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for operating the review platform, and based on consent for community review submissions. Contact emails for server submissions are used solely for communication about the submission status.

4. Data Retention

Community reviews are retained as long as they are published. Contact emails from server submissions are deleted after the submission is processed. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the information on our Imprint page.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for website functionality (e.g., locale preference). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for data storage (EU region) and Vercel for hosting. No data is shared with advertising or analytics services.
